We believe keeping your vehicle, laundry, and furry friends clean should be simple and affordable. Below you'll find pricing for all services at our Rotorua locations, along with payment information and a quick guide for first-time visitors.

Car Being Washed

First time here? Here's how it works

Self-service Car Wash

  1. Pull into an available wash bay.

  2. Before you start, have everything ready — you're charged by the minute.

  3. Select your wash settings as you go, starting with pre-soak or soap, followed by the foaming brush and rinse.

  4. Choose a finishing option, such as Triple Shine polish, wax or a spot-free rinse.

  5. Complete the clean with a vacuum and any car care products you need.

How much will a self-service car wash cost me?

It depends on the size of your vehicle, the wash settings you use, and how long you take. As a guide, a basic wash for an average-sized car (soap, foaming brush, and rinse) typically costs around $10–$12. Larger vehicles, or washes that include extras such as triple shine and wax, may cost $20 or more.

Automatic Car Wash

  1. Choose either the Touch-free or Soft Brush wash bay.

  2. Check your vehicle height and any accessories before entering.

  3. Select your wash package on the touch screen — Quick, Deluxe or Ultimate.

  4. Complete payment, then look ahead for the flashing green arrow and follow the on-screen prompts.

  5. Close your windows, drive slowly between the yellow guide rails, and stop when the red STOP sign appears.

  6. Relax while your vehicle is cleaned. The wash takes around 5–7 minutes.

Laundromat (Te Ngae Road)

  1. Choose the machine that best suits your load and add your washing.

  2. Add laundry powder (available to purchase if needed).

  3. Select your wash cycle and insert your coins.

  4. Once your wash is complete, transfer your laundry to a dryer. Dryers run in 10-minute blocks.
